Feedback meeting (Optional)
Book a meeting and get feedback on your application. This should be done a minimum of five working days before the deadline, to have time for improving your pitch deck based on the feedback before the application deadline
Submit application
Deadline: september 7
The application should be submitted before the deadline.
Check-in meeting
September 9 - October 3
Submit a draft of your pitch deck to book a meeting and get feedback on your application.
After submitting your application, you will receive one of two emails:
An invitation to a check-in meeting, or
Short feedback explaining why you didn’t move forward this time.
Because of the high interest lately, only the most promising applications are invited to a check-in meeting. If you receive one, it means we see real potential and want to dig deeper into your case. You won’t need to prepare anything new.
If you don’t get a meeting, please don’t be discouraged. Many of our most successful startups were not admitted on their first try. With three application rounds each year, and year-round Feedback sessions, there are many opportunities to refine your case and apply again.
Invitation to pitch

If you are selected, you will be informed that you have moved on to pitch in front of the Board of Admissions. The Board of Admissions will have been sent the pitch deck you applied with beforehand.
Pitch to the Board of Admissions
October 8th
If you are selected to present your pitch to the Board of Admissions you will have 3 minutes to present your case and 5 minutes for Q&A. The pitch deck used for the Board of Admissions pitch, is the same as the one you used in your application.
Please note that all co-founders should be present when meeting the Board of Admissions. The decision about your admission to Activate will be communicated within three working days of the Board of Admissions' decision. Content of application
The first step is to fill out our application form. In it, you’ll share some practical details about your team and company, and upload a document that explains your case. We know that early founders are often more focused on talking to customers than designing slides. A simple document that explains your case is enough.
If you’d like some guidance on what we look for during the review process, here are the key questions we aim to answer when evaluating applications. These can give you a clearer sense of how we approach our decisions and what aspects of your submission are most important to us.
